• Please pack the goods to be returned so that they are safe for transport - ideally in the original box with the original packaging material. In this way you ensure that the goods arrive undamaged, thank you!

Note on transport damage: If goods with obvious transport damage were delivered to you, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please immediately contact us. By doing so, you support us in making our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
