Countries

We regularly ship to the following countries within Europe: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain (including the Canary Islands), Czech Republic.

USA, Canada and other countries: We deliver on request, please write to info@ellicomelli.com

Shipping Partners

We ship with DHL and DPD and its national partners. Within Germany you can also use DHL Packstationen and DHL Postfilialen. For this you will need your personal Postnummer and the number of the respective Packstation.

Shipping Fee Germany

Within Germany the shipping costs per order are:

From an order value of € 89, - no shipping costs are charged within Germany.

International Shipping Fees

Shipping to Europe takes place for the following countries with the following shipping costs:

Please allow for a shipping time of 3-6 working days for international shipments to: France, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden, the Czech Republic.
Please allow 5-10 working days for international shipping to: Finland, Irland, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain.

Information: Shipping to EU third countries

Note: We do NOT charge German VAT for international shipments to EU third countries (e.g. Switzerland). Your order will be cheaper for you and will be taken into account accordingly in the ordering process.

Attention: The international shipping to EU third countries (e.g. Switzerland) is associated with additional costs, such as customs, customs fees and import sales tax. These additional costs will be determined by the regional authorities responsible for you and will be invoiced to you upon import. We are not involved in this process.

Note: For transfers from non-EU countries, we recommend an euro account to save bank fees.

Attention: Please note that all costs incurred for (foreign currency) bank transactions must be borne by you. The full amount of your order must be credited to our account.

We keep a constantly updated selection of safe and convenient payment methods ready for you. In the following we have compiled all information about the available payment methods for you.

Your security is important to us: Like all other data in our shop, your entire payment data is of course always transmitted in encrypted form using the latest technology. Your personal payment data that you enter during the payment process cannot be viewed or saved by us at any time.

Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Your credit card details cannot be viewed or saved by us. Your account will be charged immediately after placing your order. Your credit card payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a payment method for credit or debit card holders from banks participating in Apple Pay. When placing your order, you only transmit your Apple Pay data ("Device Account Number"), but no credit card data, these are only stored at your bank. Your account will be charged immediately after placing your order. Your card payment with Apple Pay will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Google Pay
Google Pay is a payment method for credit or debit card holders from banks participating in Google Pay. When you place your order, you only transmit your Google Pay details, but no credit card details; these are only stored at your bank. Your account will be charged immediately after placing your order. Your card payment with Google Pay will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Giropay
Giropay is a German payment method. In order to be able to use Giropay, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in Giropay. When you place your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you can then pay using the PIN / TAN procedure. Small amounts up to € 30 can be paid without a TAN. Your account will be charged immediately afterwards. Your Giropay payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Sofort / Klarna
In order to be able to use Sofort/Klarna, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in Sofort. When you place your order, you will be redirected to the Sofort/Klarna website, where you can then pay using the PIN / TAN procedure. Your account will be charged immediately afterwards. Your immediate payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

SEPA Direct Debit
When you place your order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will then collect the money on the due date shown on the invoice. Your SEPA direct debit payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

PayPal, PayPal Express
When you place your order, we will connect you to PayPal, a PayPal registration form will open in our shop. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you usually have to be registered there. After you have registered with PayPal, you can pay there. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Your PayPal payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Payment in Advance
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail and will deliver the goods to you immediately after receipt of payment.

iDEAL
iDEAL is a Dutch payment method. In order to be able to use iDEAL, you must have an online banking account that has been activated for participation in iDEAL. When you place your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you can then pay using the PIN / TAN procedure. Your account will be charged immediately afterwards. Your iDEAL payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.

Bancontact
Bancontact is a Belgian payment method. When you place your order, you will be redirected to the Bancontact Payconiq Company website, where you can pay either using your Bancontact app or by manually entering your Bancontact card information. Your account will be charged immediately afterwards. Your Bancontact payment will be accepted by our payment service provider, Stripe Deutschland GmbH.
